We're set up to enable individuals, communities and voluntary organisations to find the coping mechanisms, develop transferable skills and accessible resources focused on arts and crafts, to address the challenges, problems and barriers preventing them to fulfil their potential.

Our unique space in the heart of Hereford has created a blacksmithing centre of excellence where students who may be just at the beginning of their careers or professional smiths working in architecture, edged tools, and jewellery, can realise their full potential.

The Portable Forge Programme
We want to bring blacksmithing to our schools, community groups, and marginalised areas—including cross-border work into Wales—and by using mobile workshops we can help to inspire young people through tactile learning while embedding employability and cultural relevance.
The Spoons Project
Rooted in “Spoon Theory,” this initiative highlights the lived experience of neurodivergent makers by forging spoons as tools and symbols. It is a celebration of identity and ability—combining public engagement, storytelling, and direct sales routes for participant

Restore a nationally significant heritage building with training embedded in its construction phases.
